THE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE OUR DECISION MAKING.

CommunicATE

We are committed to communicating God’s Word in such a way that people can understand, obey and live out its truths.

“There’s nothing like the written Word of God for showing you the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another—showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God’s way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us.”    2 Timothy 3:15-17

PRAY

We are committed to praying for the people, the ministry and the direction of this church..

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.  You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead?  Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not!  So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.”     Matthew 7:7-11

WORship

We are committed to glorifying God in our personal lives and in the modern, culturally relevant worship of our church.

“So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.”   Romans 12:1-2

honor

We are committed to doing things with excellence, honoring God by always giving our best with what He’s provided.

“But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person’s work has any value.”    1 Corinthians 3:13

accept

We are committed to being a place of grace and healing for those in need of love and acceptance.

“For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.”   Luke 19:10

equip

We are committed to equipping people in the areas of Spiritual, relational and personal growth.

“Using a dull ax requires great strength, so sharpen the blade. That’s the value of wisdom; it helps you succeed.”     Ecclesiastes 10:10
